What is NOT covered?

Physical damage (cracks, water damage), unauthorized repairs, accessories (chargers, cables, cases), software issues, normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse or accidents are not covered under warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Do I need to ship the product?

For Nairobi customers, we offer free pickup and delivery. For upcountry customers, you may need to ship the product to our Nairobi service center, or we can arrange a courier at cost.

Can I get a refund instead of repair?

Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase for unopened products. For warranty claims, we typically offer repair or replacement, not refunds.
