How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location: Nairobi (1-2 days - FREE on all orders), Kiambu (1-2 days), Other counties (3-7 days). Express delivery available for Nairobi and Kiambu.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping is available for ALL orders within Nairobi (no minimum purchase required). For Kiambu, free shipping on orders over KSh 5,000. For upcountry locations, free shipping on orders over KSh 10,000.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our Track Order page.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays for Nairobi and Kiambu. Sunday deliveries are available upon request for an additional fee.

What happens if I'm not home?

Our courier will contact you via phone. If unavailable, they will attempt delivery the next day. You can also arrange to pick up from our showroom at 6th Floor, Standard Building, Room 16, Standard Street, Nairobi.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Kenya. International shipping coming soon!

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address before the order is shipped. Contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay when your order is delivered. This option is available for Nairobi and Kiambu counties only.
