AMOLED Display
The Cheetah Round has a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a sharp 454 × 454 resolution and 326 PPI. Its brightness can reach up to 1,000 nits, making information easier to see outdoors. The display also supports an always-on mode and comes with tempered glass and an anti-fingerprint coating.
Excellent GPS for Running
GPS is one of the watch's strongest features. Amazfit's MaxTrack dual-band GPS uses six satellite positioning systems to improve positioning accuracy. This is particularly useful when running in urban areas, parks or unfamiliar routes.
The watch also supports offline maps and route navigation, so you can follow routes without relying entirely on a phone connection.
Running & Fitness Features
The Cheetah Round is built around running. Zepp Coach provides AI-powered training guidance, while the watch can provide information such as pace, distance, heart rate, training load and other running metrics. It supports 150+ sports modes, making it useful beyond running.
It can also connect to a compatible external heart-rate belt, which is useful for runners who want more detailed heart-rate data during workouts.
Health Monitoring
The built-in BioTracker PPG sensor monitors heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO₂). The watch can also track stress and sleep, including sleep stages and daytime naps. It provides health alerts for certain abnormal heart-rate, SpO₂ and stress readings.
These features are intended for general wellness and fitness tracking rather than medical diagnosis.
Battery Life
Its 440mAh battery is one of its biggest advantages. Amazfit rates it for up to 14 days of typical use, up to 7 days with heavy use, and up to 26 hours in high-accuracy GPS mode. Automatic GPS mode can reach up to 44 hours, while power-saving GPS can reach up to 54 hours.
Smart Features
Running on Zepp OS 3.5, the watch supports numerous apps and watch faces through the Zepp ecosystem. It also includes Amazon Alexa, an offline voice assistant, Bluetooth connectivity and music playback through Bluetooth headphones or the watch's speaker.
Design
Despite its 47mm-class case, the Cheetah Round weighs only 32g without the strap, making it comfortable for long workouts. Its fiber-reinforced polymer body helps keep the weight down, while 5 ATM water resistance makes it suitable for everyday use and swimming.
