The Galaxy S25 Ultra sports a large 6.9‑inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a QHD+ resolution (1440 × 3120) and an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate. This combination delivers vivid colors, deep contrast, and ultra‑smooth motion — ideal for gaming, streaming, and multitasking. Peak brightness can reach up to ~2600 nits, which helps maintain visibility even in bright outdoor conditions.

Samsung has adopted a premium titanium frame and Gorilla Glass Armor 2 protection on the front, with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the back in some regions, giving the phone a premium feel and strong durability. Despite its large size, the handset is relatively balanced in hand and has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Under the hood is Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite (3 nm) processor, paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
